Din Tai Fung in Hong Kong is a must-visit for dim sum lovers. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this restaurant is Dim Sum heaven. They have so many options! Luckily, Anna van NSMBL, with whom I made this trip, just as much of a foodie as I am. We stayed in the J Plus hotel and our first stop in Hong Kong Din Tai Fung was in Causeway Bay. It's literally across the street from each other!

The dim sum at Din Tai Fung is sooooo good! Dim sum galore :-). My personal favorites are the pork and black truffle dim sum and the steamed bun with red bean paste for dessert. Best dim sum I've ever had. And believe me, I've tried a lot! The other dishes were also delicious, but they didn't quite measure up to the red bean paste. Fun fact: Din Tai Fung is in Hong Kong is the world's first dim sum restaurant to receive a Michelin star. WOW!

Tip: They also have locations all over the world! In Australia, Thailand, Singapore, and the USA.
