eat michel-in star Dim Sum at din tai fung hong kong
Din Tai Fung in Hong Kong is a must visit for Dim Sum lovers. I’m not exaggerating when I say this restaurant is Dim Sum heaven. So many options! And luckily Anna of NSMBL who joined me on this trip is just the foodie like me. We were staying at the J Plus hotel and our first stop in Hong Kong was Din Tai Fung in Causeway Bay. It’s located across the street from the hotel so perfect for our first bite in Hong Kong :-).
Best dim sum I ever had. And trust me… I had a lot!
menu x Din Tai Fung Hong Kong
The Dim Sum at Din Tai Fung is sooooo good! Dim Sum galore for us girls :-). My personal favourites are the pork and black truffle dumpling and the steamed bun with red beans for dessert. That last one was truly the best sweet dim sum I ever had. And trust me… I had a lot! The other dishes were nice as well but couldn’t make it up to the pork and truffle and the red beans.
Nice to know: Din Tai Fung is the first Dim Sum restaurant in the world that was ever rewarded with a Michelin star? WOW!
Tip: they have locations all over the world, as in Australia, Thailand, Singapore and USA.
