When you think of France, the first things you probably think of are baguettes, escargots, French cheese and wine. Many people have spent their summer holidays in France, having a good time on the camp site and playing a fun game of jeu de boules. Usually with more Dutch guys than they can handle.
The various French landscape is not only stunning, but it also offers a range of fun things to do: rock climbing, kite surfing, snowboarding, rafting and riding beautiful cycling routes (a real speedy gonzales climbs the Mont Ventoux by bike). Cities that are worth a visit are Cannes, Bordeaux, Lille, Nice and of course the city of love Paris. Sometimes the French are a bit stubborn to speak English. But you can easily make yourself clear by adding some pointing and miming to your story. France is for every age and every season an interesting holiday destination: from surfing in the summer to skiing in the winter Alps.
