staying in the trendy 11th arrondissement in paris!
Paris… If it were possible, I’d love to go there every month. Of all the cities I’ve visited Paris is the most inspiring to me when it comes to fashion. Just watching the Parisiennes stroll around on the streets is enough to make me go back to my hotelroom with a dose of fashion inspiration for the new season. On my last trip to Paris I stayed in the beautiful hotel Bastille Boutet in the trendy 11th arrondissement. If you like Le Marais this is definitely a district you shouldn’t miss when in Paris. Just around the corner of this MGallery hotel you can find lots of nice hotspots for food and drinks. Be sure to stop by: La Belle Équipe, Clamato, Louie Louie and East Mama.
rooms x Hotel Bastille Boutet
Our room had a street view. So nice to open the doors in the morning and hear the sounds from outside. Our room was very light and fully equipped. What I personally find a big plus is that I can make a cup of coffee in my room when I wake up. That’s great if you have to do some work or when we want to watch Netflix in bed for a little bit. The hotel has some suites with their own roof terrace. Imagine relaxing there in your bikini during summer in Paris. So good!
Something that’s also nice to mention is that Hotel Bastille Boutet pays some extra attention to the female traveller. For example, there’s a robe hanging in your room in your size instead of one of those giant men’s robes and you can borrow several beauty stuff so you don’t have to carry those with you in your suitcase.
breakfast x HOTEL BASTILLE BOUTET
Breakfasts in hotels… I love it! But there’s often the risk that you’ll end up eating more than you usually do. That’s why I often order roomservice! Have a great breakfast in bed and make sure you don’t overeat because of the delicious pancakes and much more. Hotel Bastille Boutet has delicious healthy breakfasts and you can choose several fresh vegetable juices to accompany your eggs. As we’re in Paris I couldn’t resist ordering a croissant as well!
Be sure not to forget your bathing suit when you’re staying in Hotel Bastille Boutet, because they have a lovely spa and inside pool to relax after a day in the city. Or after breakfast! I personally love do to that!
