Roomservice at Olof’s: pop-up restaurant at sint olofskapel
We had to wait a little while, but the extraordinary pop-up restaurant Roomservice at Olof’s is open! Until April 30, Michelin Chef Chris Naylor and his dream team are cooking the most excellent flexitarian dishes. The location is just as special: the Sint Olofskapel. This is the oldest chapel of Amsterdam!
The chef, Chris Naylor*, normally works his magic at Restaurant Vermeer (part of NH Barbizon Palace). They produce their own vegetables, herbs and honey at the rooftop of the hotel. And the good news is that these fresh products are also used at Roomservice at Olof’s.. The dishes are all about vegetables and herbs. You order fish and meat as a side dish!
Do you feel like drinks after dinner? That’s also possible at Roomservice at Olof’s, because they have a cocktailbar inspired on King Charles II. And there’s more, because there’s also a charcuterie-bar with tapas of Brandt & Levie and a Vermuteria, the very first vermouthbar of the Netherlands.
The restaurant is open every day and you can just walk in for a delicious dinner. Do you prefer to make a reservation? You can book a table through the website!
