Aveda Dayspa Amsterdam: pure wellness and beauty!

14 January 2014

Try the stress-fix massage at the Aveda Dayspa!

Have you ever been to the Aveda Dayspa yet? This wellness salon is located across the “Olympic Stadium” where you find restaurant the Oyster Club. At Aveda Dayspa it’s all about you! Your visit starts with a cup of herbal tea and a questionnaire based on the elements, like water and air. Depending on the type you are and your state of mind the professionals at Aveda advice you on a beauty treatment or massage that suits your needs. At the Aveda Dayspa in Amsterdam they work in line with the Aveda lifestyle. At Aveda they only work with natural ingredients. Personal attention is one of the most important features of the Aveda Dayspa. When going there for a treatment the staff makes sure that you have the best experience.

Massages at the Aveda Dayspa

Last year I worked so hard that a stress-fix massage sounded exactly like the treatment I needed. A full body massage to loosen the muscles and to make you all relaxed again. All massages start with a foot bath and scrub. By the time your legs and feet are super soft again you will feel so relaxed that it’s time to get on the massage bed, close your eyes and give in to doing absolutely nothing.

The stress-fix massage is perfect for everyone who has a busy job and wants to give its full body the attention it deserves. During the stress-fix massage aroma’s are used to help relieve feelings of stress. Essential oils with a mix of Lavender and other herbs and the combination with a full body and deep tissue massage will give you the feeling being reborn. I wouldn’t mind to do a massage like that every 4-6 weeks. I felt so relaxed that I can highly recommend it to anyone with a busy job or life. It really works well for your mindfulness.
