Why Ventuno Skylounge Amsterdam is worth a visit
Walk into Ventuno Skylounge Amsterdam, and you will feel like you have entered another world. The dark red interior, the mysterious atmosphere, and the internationally oriented menu add a little extra. The allure of Ventuno is above average. Not only do you enjoy an incredible view (this place is located on the 21st floor of the Ruby Emma Hotel near the Bijlmerbajes and has floor-to-ceiling windows), but there is also a sexy atmosphere that you would expect from Paris or New York, with a hint of the roaring twenties of the last century. “With VENTUNO, we are introducing something completely new to Amsterdam, a restaurant based on the golden years of New York, when dinner clubs and entertainment were central,” says Ramez Ramzy, CEO from Ramzy Group – the creative brain behind this new place. ‘The cosmopolitan and sexy design is simultaneously characteristic, innovative, and exciting. It takes this sensational concept to an even higher level.’
VENTUNO is innovative in several ways. Each room has AI works of art, which guests can admire and purchase as NFT. In this way, the sky lounge combines the past, present, and future.

Menu VENTUNO Skylounge
As the decor suggests, the menu at VENTUNO Skylounge has an Italian touch. Tartare with truffle, burrata, wagyu carpaccio and caponata salad are a small selection from the selection of bites and starters. The secondi consists of pasta, such as a classic carbonara and spaghetti polpette della nonna, to befit an authentic Italian. Regarding main courses, meat eaters can’t believe their luck: from a tagliata to saltimbocca alla Romana.
