When you shop in Amsterdam you need to do so in the Nine Streets. The Hartenstraat, Wolvenstraat, Huidenstraat, Reestraat, Runstraat, Berenstraat, Gasthuismolensteeg, Oude Spiegelstraat, and the Wijde Heisteeg are the nine street where you can find a lot of nice hotspots. From gorgeous boutiques to vintage, fashion, and interior accessories and art. From Scandanavian product to European brands, coffee spots, and the cosiest restaurants. The Nine Streets are loved by both tourists and locals, and for a good reason. Stroll past the canals and look for our 42 favorite hotspots in the Nine Streets of Amsterdam.

16 X FOOD & DRINKS IN THE NINE STREETS AMSTERDAM

Jansz: do you want to have a fancy breakfast, brunch, or just have an extensive dinner? Then make a reservation at Jansz. Dress up and go out!
The Lebanese Sajeria: you can get the best take-away Lebanese snacks at The Lebanese Sajeria. You’ll want to go here more often!
Proeflokaal A. van Wees: for a nice glass of time, bitterballs, or  delicious cheese fondu you need to go to Proeflokaal A. van Wees.
Toos & Roos: a happy cafe for breakfast and lunch. The interior is so colorful and cosy!
Libertine Café: our favorite all day spot in the Nine Streets in Libertine Café. Tip: go for the pink risotto!

Marie Stella Maris Archives: this concept store is right on the corner of the Keizersgracht and the Huidenstraat. If you’re not paying attention you might just miss it! But for those of you who can find it can have a lovely evening in the cafe.
Ree7: at Ree7 you can have a great breakfast or lunch. Sandwiches, salads, and warm, homemade dishes.
Screaming Beans: for really good coffee and lunch in the Nine Streets you need to go to Screaming Beans. Are you a real coffee fan? Go to a coffee cupping session!
Restaurant Johannes: this French inspired restaurant is walking distance from the Nine Streets. Every two weeks they have a new menu. Enjoy a 4 to 6 course menu!
Van Puffelen: for a cosy brown cafe right by the Nine Streets you can go to Van Puffelen. The menu is affordable and hearty.
Lotti’s Bar & Grill: the restaurant in the Hoxton hotel! Here you can have a nice brunch on Sunday, or just enjoy some nice dishes any other day.
Pluk: looking for a healthy lunch in the Nine Streets? Go to Pluk! You can also get your food for takeaway.

Van Harte: for 25 euro you can enjoy a 3 course menu at this nice restaurant. Order the Scroppino for dessert, it’s so good!
Brix: every Sunday and Monday there’s live music here. Genres can vary from hip hop to house music. With a drink and a bite to eat it can’t get any better than that!
Burgerlijk: the best burgers of the Nine Streets can be found at Burgerlijk. You can put together your own burger here.
Goodies: fresh juices, yoghurts, affordable sandwiches, salads, tapas, and fresh pasta’s. You can get it all at Goodies!

We Are Labels: you’ll find basic and trendy items here of the best quality and the most beautiful materials.
OU. Boutique:
 shop for the best items from the boutique and treat yourself in the small spa where you can for example get your eyebrows or nails done.
Skin Cosmetics: the place to give yourself a day in the sun. Go for a massage, go for a facial or get your eyebrows done.
Fabienne Chapot: one of our favorite stores is Fabienne Chapot where you can get the nicest items with prints. And not just that; the shoe and bag collection is to die for.

Mendo: thé bookshop in the Nine Streets!
Zipper: looking for nice vintage items for a good price? Then check out what they have at Zipper!
Zoe Karssen: from basic items to items with cool prints and texts, Zoe Karssen will always be one of our favorite brands.
Hope: are you also crazy about the Scandinavian style? At Hope you can find Scandinavian fashion as well as design. Also possible to order online.
Mint: for beautiful, original, lifestyle items you must go to Mint. Here you can really find something nice for basically anyone!
Anecdote: Yourlbb loves Dutch design! The very first brand boutique of Anecdote is located on the Wolvenstraat.
Catwalk Junkie: yes, not only a super cool shop to see, but the items are also amazing. You’ll wnat to buy everything in this candy colored shop!

Denham: are you still looking for that one pair of jeans that really fits perfectly? This specialty shop for jeans can help you with that. This location at Runstraat is for women only!
The Darling: affordable brands, vintage and own designs. At this cute little shop you can buy a lot of fun fashion things but also cupcakes.
Rika: de leukste ready to wear items met een Scandinavische touch vind je bij Rika!
Toms: buying really nice fashion items and at the same time helping out a good cause. We like that! Toms sells beautiful shoes, bags and glasses.
Rum: for Scandinavian basics you must go to Rum at the Nine Streets. A beautiful shirt, a pair of leather trousers and other must-haves.
Tenue de Nîmes: a cool concept store where it’s all about jeans, jeans and jeans. But they also have other clothing, shoes and other accessories. The amazing coffee from Lot Sixty One is also available here!
L’Etoile De Saint Honoré: are you looking for a specific vintage item? Then check out L’Etoile De Sant Honoré. You can even find vintage Chanel here!

Muze the Store: for urban women clothing you can go to Muze. Beautiful, comfortable and edgy. Here you can find the big and smaller brands.
Velour: another Swedish fashion at the Nine Streets! Velour is a concept store for men as well as women and they sell all kinds of things. From clothing and sunglasses to perfume and underwear!
Episode: this company has four(!) locations in Amsterdam. Which of course isn’t that strange, since they sell a lot of nice vintage and secondhand clothing.
Urban Cacao: this chocolaterie makes local chocolate in the city center! Buy chocolate bars, other chocolate things and even macarons here.
Ace & Tate: for the best glasses and sunglasses you need to go to Ace & Tate. You’re been warned though, you won’t leave without buying a pair of glasses!

3 X STAYING IN THE NINE STREETS IN AMSTERDAM

Hotel IX: the only luxury hotel at the Nine Streets! Stay at one of the five luxury suites that are names after a street from the Nine Streets and are furnished with products from the neighbourhood. Nice!
Andaz: if Hotel IX is fully booked then you can always stay at Andaz which is only at walking distance from the Nine Streets. A beautiful design hotel at Prinsengracht.
