Ginjobar for cocktails and sushi in the centre
Normally we (at Yourlbb) avoid the Leidseplein but since Ginjobar is open we love to go there. Well, technically speaking Ginjobar isn’t exactly at Leidseplein but just next door at the Max Euweplein. Ginjobar is the new hidden, unexpected gem at the Max Eeuweplein. Why? Because Ginjobar is the cocktailbar from Hosokawa! You don’t know Hosokawa? This is a Japanese restaurant with delicious sushi! The cocktails are just as special and artificial as the sushi.
This can only mean that Ginjo is all about Japanese influences. Besides the cocktail bar, there’s also a sake bar! And that’s not even it: Ginjobar also calls itself a wine bar. A great combination of 3 delicious types of drinks :-)
But enough about drinks, what about the food? Well, at Ginjobar you can order bar bites from the Hosokawa kitchen. This means good drinks and good food. Because you can choose sushi and other Japanse tasty dishes. This makes it the perfect spot for a date, or catching up with your friend.
Off course the interior is also influenced by the culture of Japan. Think sleek and chic. So go wear that posh outfit and go get drinks at Ginjo. Enjoy!
