Interior Fuku Ramen Amsterdam east
At Fuku Ramen in Amsterdam-Oost, you’ll feel like you’re in Japan for a moment. Not only because of the spectacular and local dishes but also thanks to their soothing interior. Earthy tones, light-colored wood, sleek design, and a space that exudes tranquility: what more could you ask for?
Menu Fuku Ramen
The concept of Fuku Ramen is simple yet sophisticated: homemade ramen noodles, local ingredients, and juicy sake. A good concept doesn’t need much more, especially when the quality is as high as Fuku’s. From Thursday to Sunday, you can enjoy a five-course menu (currently for โฌ75) inspired by Japanese cuisine, including ramen noodle soup. They take sake very seriously at Fuku Ramen, which they describe as “juicy sake”. And believe us, there’s nothing untrue about that.
Social Sundays
Starting August 6th, you can join Fuku Ramen for their Social Sundays, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, for a lazy Sunday brunch concept. Seating is only available spontaneously (which is scarce in Amsterdam these days). Every Sunday, you can enjoy a special ร la carte menu featuring ramen specials, izakaya-style dishes for sharing, juicy sake, and signature cocktails.
