Favourite hotspot for locals: Bar Brandstof Amsterdam
In Amsterdam there are these spots that are always a good idea. For coffee, lunch, a snack or a drink. Bar Brandstof is one of them! For several years located at the corner of Marnixstraat / Rozengracht and yet I get never bored of this place. Both weekdays and weekends you will find locals here, the atmosphere is always good and the service friendly. But Brandstof also servers good food!
Bar Brandstof serves a sandwich with mint-pea-hummus, fennel salad and cheese for lunch. As a starter they serve tarte flambee with creme fraiche and grilled vegetables as a main course a saffron risotto with green asparagus and parmesan cheese. Sounds good right? Oh, and on Thursday it burgerday!
Tip: during the summer month you háve to try to find a good spot at their sunny terrace!
