Making a Chia pudding was never so easy!

Rise and shine peeps…  Today I’m giving you the recipe for a chia pudding. The finishing touch of saffron really turns it into something special. If you’re up early then go ahead and try the chia pudding, have a little patience so you can have an amazing breakfast. Or make it at the end of the day and you’ll have a good start of the week. Saves time in the morning.

This is what you need (for 4 persons)

– 500 ml almond milk;
– 1/3 vanilla stick;
– 3 tbsp chia seeds;
– 1 tbsp shredded coconut;
– ½ tbsp honey; and
– ½ tbsp saffron.

Let’s get to work!

In a big bowl, mix the almond milk with the shredded coconut, honey, saffron and chai seeds. Scrap the inside off of the vanilla stick and mix it with the rest. Divide the mixture into 4 glasses and put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours, preferably a night. It’s great with some fresh raspberries and an extra dash of almond milk!
