Brunch, dinner and cocktails at Unter Istanbul
One of my favourite hotspots in Istanbul is Unter. An all day hotspot for brunch, dinner and cocktails in hipster suburb Karaköy. Here you walk in in the morning for a coffee. In the afternoon for a brunch or lunch with a variety of egg-dishes, pancakes or muesli. In the evening you enjoy a yummy risotto, grilled octopus, mini hamburgers, preserved duck or for example an artichoke salad.
As you can read it well: good food is what you get at Unter in Istanbul! Next to being a restaurant Unter is also a nice bar to go to for a drink at nighttime! In the weekends a DJ will be playing some nice tunes. Don’t forget to ask for the cocktail menu!
And last but not least also the looks of this hotspot are super cool. A brick wall, iron chairs, a wooden bar… Raw, industrial, trendy but warm. Extra fun: the waiters are pretty much the hipsters of Istanbul. With the hair tight up, tattoos and shirts that have nothing to hide ;-). You will be sure to bump into the trendy crew here!
