Bar Costa Ibiza is a small bar in the charming village of Santa Gertrudis. It's been a local favorite for years. And that's why it's so great! You sit on low woven wicker chairs, which are a bit uncomfortable but perfectly fit the atmosphere. Wonderfully laid-back and not too complicated. Order a plate of Iberian jamón or a bocadillo (sandwich). The sandwiches are slathered with tomato and garlic and topped with fresh ham. Simple, but oh so delicious. I love it! The Spanish hams hang temptingly above the bar, waiting to be sliced. What are you waiting for?

Inside, the tent is filled with paintings of all shapes and sizes. The story goes that if you had no money, you could come here for a meal in exchange for a painting. A small bar with a History so, how fun!
You will find many more nice restaurants in Santa Gertrudis, including Macao, for example.
