Why you'll want to visit Otemba Gyoza soon

Fast, fine, fancy is the motto of Otemba's first location in Amsterdam-West. And they live up to it perfectly: their service is excellent, the menu delicate, and the setting minimalist and unique (the enormous murals in their club area, in particular, contrast with the more understated interior). At Otemba Ramen, you'll primarily enjoy—as the name suggests—incredibly good ramen, while Otemba Gyoza, their little sister, focuses on gyoza. And that bodes well, because the gyoza already on the menu at the Kinkerstraat location are already making you want more.

The owners of Otemba previously announced that their Amsterdam-West location will continue to focus on their successful ramen, but that their smaller sister in the Pijp will focus on gyoza and accompanying snacks. Our favorites at Otemba on Kinkerstraat are the Tatsuta Chicken, the crunchy Otemba Chips, Tatsuta (cauliflower snack), and the Chicken Yakitori.
