Loetje On Ice opens January 18 in the Olympic Stadion Amsterdam: pop-up restaurant and ice skating rink

11 December 2017

What about ice skating and the best steaks in amsterdam?

When you mention steak in Amsterdam, you think of Loetje. I’m guessing there aren’t a lot of restaurants in Amsterdam that have become such a household name. There are now 13 (!) establishments across The Netherlands, and there is one to add soon! A temporary one that is, located at the Olympic Stadion. At Loetje on Ice you can get a steak from January 18th 2018 after going for a round of ice skating on the new ice rink in the Olympic Stadion that’s called The Coolest Track of Holland. Good news for anyone who, just like me, only goes  ice skating once a year, because this ice rink is for everyone from the pros to the drinkers of hot chocolate and the kids.

about Loetje On Ice in Amsterdam

The new pop-up Loetje on Ice will host around 150 guests at a time and of course the well-known steak won’t be missing on the menu. Yes, we like! The steak Bali (a favourite in the office here) is of course well-deserved after the tens of rounds you’ll skate on the ice rink ;-). But of course you can also just go for a drink while watching your friends ice skating! The ice rink and pop-up restaurant Loetje On Ice Amsterdam are open up and to February 28th.
