Hummus Bistro Amsterdam: hummus heaven at Jordaan

7 August 2015

Taste delicious Arab cuisine at Hummus Bistro Amsterdam

Do you know Hummus Bistro in Amsterdam? Opened not so long ago, but already a favourite place to eat at the Jordaan! Mmm…it smells so good here. You want to order immediately at Hummus Bistro! With 5 different kinds of hummus (incl. the hummshuka, hihi). And then you also have all kinds of delicious dishes like the Labane, the normal shakshuka and roasted eggplants.

Can’t choose what to order? No problem. For 15 euro you can try a bit of everything! Or go for the breakfast option. You can order that all day.

The atmosphere at Hummus Bistro is so nice! The space seems very open, because the doors are all wide open. Which is great since it isn’t so big there. Because of all the differently coloured vintage chairs and lamps, Hummus Bistro just looks very cosy.

Extra nice: at Hummus Bistro you can watch how they cook via the open kitchen. And the vegetables that they use are simply just lying in front of you. This way you know for sure they’re cooking well with only fresh ingredients :-).
