Executive Chef Michel Westerman shares that he has once again joyfully worked on crafting the Easter buffet, providing an outlet for the entire team’s craftsmanship and creativity. “Each dish contributes to the overall experience and is a celebration in itself.” Executive Pastry Chef Iiro Heinila’s creations will soon be showcased in the hotel lobby. At the Easter buffet itself, you will taste the most extraordinary Easter creations, from pastries and desserts to chocolate eggs and Easter figures.
