As a #hotellifelover, I follow all the culinary events at the best hotels in the city closely. The lavish celebration of Easter this year truly gives the feeling of living in a cosmopolitan city. At Hotel Okura Amsterdam, Easter and culinary indulgence go hand in hand on March 31st with a luxurious and extensive Easter brunch. On Easter Sunday, you’re welcome from 12:00 onwards with the whole family for a gastronomic Easter buffet in the Grand Ballroom. Together with live music and a visit from the Easter Bunny, it’s a moment to enjoy the long weekend together.

Culinary creations and artisanal desserts

In world cities like Dubai and Bangkok, luxury brunches at hotels are a monthly tradition. A culture that I highly encourage in Amsterdam! Executive Chef Michel Westerman shares that he has once again joyfully worked on crafting the Easter buffet, providing an outlet for the entire team’s craftsmanship and creativity. “Each dish contributes to the overall experience and is a celebration in itself.” Executive Pastry Chef Iiro Heinila’s creations will soon be showcased in the hotel lobby. At the Easter buffet itself, you will taste the most extraordinary Easter creations, from pastries and desserts to chocolate eggs and Easter figures.
