Bar Dumas Amsterdam IS MAKING THE DAPPERBUURT EVEN NICER
Bar Dumas Amsterdam is a new restaurant in East that’s going to make the Dapperbuurt even better. Owner Peter van den Boom, known for Café Mojo, was looking for a cool, new location to open Bar Dumas, and he’s finally found it. On a nice corner location on the Dappermarkt is where the modern and fresh (food)bar opened her doors. We can’t wait to go!

What can we expect from Bar Dumas Amsterdam? A cosy all day café where you can go during the day for a coffee, a salad for lunch, and enjoy one of the tasty dishes in the evening. The interior is modern, but timeless and approachable. Because of the many windows there’s a lot of light which creates a perfect atmosphere. At Bar Duman they really care about good service, honest price-quality ratio, and delicious food.
TASTY CHANGING DISHES AT BAR DUMAS AMSTERDAM
The fun thing about the menu at Bar Dumas is that it regularly changes, so there’s always a reason to come back and try something new. Bar Dumas Amsterdam serves two standard dishes: one fish and one meat. The other switch, so there is, for example, a different vegetarian dish every day. Besides that they have two seasonal salads on the menu. We can’t wait to try Peters favorite dish: the grilled rib-eye, served in a hot pan so it sizzles when it’s delivered to your table, with roasted potato with avocado sauce and jalapeños. So nice!
PS: go in the summer, the terrace has sun the entire day.
