You will get the meat served raw at the table, completely covered in those coarse sea salt grainsThen you can get started with your baking sheet, so that the meat is cooked to exactly the perfect degree of doneness.

C'an Pilot is anything but a hotspot—honestly, let's be honest—but damn! The meat… So delicious! Don't be surprised if you only see Spaniards around you, because they know a thing or two about steak!
