SAINT-JEAN fans can’t believe their luck. A second spot with almost the same concept recently opened on the same street: SAINT-JEAN Deli. So the Jordaan has a brand new hotspot you definitely don’t want to miss.

Why you want to visit SAINT-JEAN Deli

When the now mega-popular SAINT-JEAN was founded, the owners aimed to make the tastiest vegan croissants in Amsterdam. We dare to say that we have succeeded with the enormous TikTok queues that form on the Lindengracht every day. Their cruffin became an instant hit, and many other coffee shops have followed in their footsteps. The resounding success did not go unnoticed, and when the owners saw the opportunity to acquire the building directly opposite their first business, they did not have to think long. SAINT-JEAN Deli soon became a reality.

Menu SAINT-JEAN Deli

At SAINT-JEAN Deli, there is no overload of vegan sweets but a nice mix of savory baked goods, sandwiches, soft drinks, good coffee (just like at the first shop across the street), and a large selection of natural wines. Yes, you read that right: this deli could become your new favorite drinks spot. You buy the bottles for home or sip a glass in the small shop. You will also get your money’s worth here regarding the lunch menu: freshly baked ciabatta, sandwiches, and weekly changing dishes. The sweet tooth can also be enjoyed at the Deli, thanks to their kitchen’s cinnamon buns, croissants, and other sweet treats.

The second location of this business is also not spacious and has a laid-back and to-go vibe. Not a place where you stay all afternoon, but a place where you can have a nice break – with or without a glass of natural wine. If there is a line or the place is complete, you can visit one of the cozy markets in the neighbourhood or walk on the nearby Haarlemmerdijk.
