Orchard On Long in Cape Town might be the mostย healthy hotspotย that I’ve found during my last trip to South Africa. Here they sellย superfood snacks, healthy sandwiches and incredibly delicious juices. The interior of Orchard On Long is just as fun. White little tiles on the walls, pineapples on the counter and fresh fruit everywhere. If you are in need of an energy boost then this is the spot on the Kloof Street in Cape Town that’s a must visit!
