The month of March is already flown by and that means that Amsterdam has gained yet some more new restaurants, breakfast spots and lunchrooms. Because every other week a new hotspot will open its doors in the city. Time to list which new hotspots in Amsterdam have opened last month. Check our blog with 7 new hotspots in Amsterdam!

bulls & dogs >> new hotspots in Amsterdam

We already knew Bulls & Dogs from their stand in De Foodhallen. But now they have their very own location. At the Van Wou in De Pijp. You don’t go here for a quick bite, like at De Foodhallen, because the interior here is way to cool for that. Here you go to have a fun night with some hotdogs and cold beers with friends.

generator amsterdam >> new hotspots in Amsterdam

If we’re talking about new hotspots of last month, Generator Amsterdam cannot be missed. Because this one opened their doors with a bang and you can see that everywhere. They thought about every corner in this design hostel. Generator is an über hip hostel for tourists, but also a place where the people from Amsterdam can go for a good cup of coffee, nice lunch, cosy drinks or just a delicious dinner. In the park of East!

carels amsterdam >> new hotspots in amsterdam

First it was Carels, then it became The Dutchess and later it was Brasserie Frans. And now it’s back to Carels Amsterdam again. A cozy neighbourhood slash French brasserie on the corner of the Frans Halsstraat and the Saenredamstraat. The interior has not changed much since the Dutchess. Café style at the bar and orangery and covered tables in the restaurant area. Here you’ll go for good food and nice ambiance.

Since we’ve only eaten there last month: Gallery 3 at the Bilderdijkstraat. A cute new gem where you go for breakfast, lunch and your dose of healthy juices. Everything is also available as take-out, but we find the interior way too cool for that ;-)
