Meneer en Mevrouw Keus Amsterdam: foodspot in West

6 July 2015

Restaurant and traiteur: Meneer en Mevrouw Keus in Amsterdam

Meneer en Mevrouw Keus is a nice restaurant hotspot in West. An all day hotspot for breakfast, lunch and dinner . But you can take your food home here as well. And did you know, they have a terrace from this summer, at the back of the restaurant? Not really visible from the front, but trust me: walk trough the restaurant all the way to the back and you’ll find a nice courtyard slash terrace to sit!

Meneer en Mevrouw Keus Amsterdam

Since I discovered Meneer en Mevrouw Keus in Amsterdam, about a year ago, it is one of my favorite places to work, drink coffee with friends and eat lunch. In the summer I like to sit on the wooden bench outside and just watch people walk by. Preferably with the “small breakfast of Meneer en Mevrouw Keus”, consisting of yogurt, muesli, boiled eggs, toast, fresh juice and coffee! And did you know that almost everything is organic and sustainable? Meanwhile I also tried the new terrace, while I had lunch with shrimp croquettes (jummy!) and an iced coffee. The Kinker- and Bilderdijkstraat are around the corner but you’ll hear surprisingly little about all the fuss. Like!
