When we at the Yourlbb editorial office were talking about nice streets in Amsterdam west, was immediately called Bilderdijkstraat. Another street in Amsterdam undergoing/has undergone a metamorphosis. We already wrote this list of 10 hotspots on Bilderdijk, but now it's high time for an update. Because apparently, the transformation of Bilderdijk is far from finished! And if we accidentally miss a gem, please let us know! Enjoy these spots on Bilderdijkstraat in Amsterdam.

15 food & drink spots on Bilderdijkstraat

Mastino VThere's a vegan pizzeria on Bilderdijkstraat in Amsterdam. So gather your vegan friends and order a pizza. Stay at Mastino V or take it to the park if the weather's nice.
Sugarless: an organic lunchroom in West with fresh lunches every day and superfood juices on the menu! But what makes this hotspot truly special is that everything is free of refined sugars and other unhealthy sweeteners, colors, flavors, and fragrances.

Bakery Loof

There's really only one place you'll want to have breakfast in Amsterdam West. That is, if you love really good bread. Bakkerij Loof is a lovely spot with a wonderful atmosphere, whether you want to enjoy breakfast alone with a magazine or newspaper, or you're meeting up with a friend. In good weather, the terrace is also a great place to people-watch on the always lively Bilderdijkstraat. And did I mention they open at 8:00 AM? Bakkerij Loof is located in the same corner building as Café Binnenvisser, where you can join us from early evening.

Mr & Mrs ChoiceMeneer en Mevrouw Keus is a fun and cozy restaurant in West. A real all-day spot. because for breakfast, lunch and dinner there are various very tasty things on the menu such as salmon burgers, grilled veal rib-eye and Moroccan chicken tagine.
Bar Lou LouThe perfect spot on Bilderdijkstraat to soak up the sun! Come enjoy drinks with friends or a delicious, leisurely meal. Grab a cocktail or two and enjoy! P.S. You can also enjoy a delicious meal here in the evenings.
DapperA restaurant by day, a cozy bar by night. At Dapper, you're welcome for a snack or drink almost all day long. Dishes are often prepared using the Green Egg. And for beer lovers, they have no fewer than 30 specialty beers on the menu.
HappyhappyjoyjoyAt Yourlbb, we're thrilled with Asian cuisine. Are you too? Then you'll want to visit Happyhappyjoyjoy on Bilderdijkstraat! In fact, you've probably already been. This spot is packed every day!

Baked goodsFor delicious homemade cakes, go to Baksels! Cheesecake, carrot cake, red velvet cake, chocolate mud cake, raspberry cheesecake brownie, cupcakes… so much choice, and all delicious.
ZAt Zest, you'll find food and more. Bulgarian dishes to share and plenty of delicious drinks. But there's also plenty you can enjoy yourself instead of sharing (which is nice, right? ;-)). Burgers, shakes, and plenty of vegan dishes too.
Good to go: Good To Go is the very first "bike-through" in the Netherlands. Yep, compare it to a McDonald's. Except instead of driving, you arrive by bike, and instead of getting a hamburger, you'll get a good cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast. Handy for on-the-go!
Gallery 3One of the nicest lunch spots on Bilderdijk. Here you'll find delicious juices to start your day feeling fresh and fruity. And excellent coffee to wake up with. A bonus: everything is also available for takeout.
Crazy CitizensTrue burger lovers, this is where you'll want to go! Geflipt Burgers is a cozy spot where you can (naturally) enjoy burgers. Grab a craft beer, a cocktail, and let the evening begin!
Miss saigonFor delicious Vietnamese food, you have to go to Miss Saigon. They have various spring rolls (we love them!!) and other dishes like Vietnamese crispy pancakes. I'll have those!
IJscuypjeIce cream is always delicious in the summer, isn't it? Especially the one from IJscuypje; their flavors are a real favorite. Eat it there, or walk a little further towards the park. Also super nice!
Meatless DistrictA great vegan restaurant on the Bilderdijk! Serves lunch, dinner, and drinks. A favorite of editor Renee, among others. The burger and spring rolls are especially recommended!

WildernessWhether you have a green thumb or not, Wildernis is a must-visit! This shop sells plants, pots, rugs, and books that you'll love. And while you shop, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea!

SunikaThis sneaker store on the Bilderdijk is heaven for sneaker lovers. Here you'll find a unique mix of sneakers you won't see the rest of Amsterdam sporting. From unique versions of the Adidas Stan Smith to colorful Pumas.
Jutka & RiskaNot the cheapest vintage shop in Amsterdam, but Jutka & Riska is a great one. Here you'll find beautiful vintage items, own-brand clothing, and pieces by emerging designers.
Daily Paper: This Daily Paper flagship store has definitely boosted Bilderdijk's street credibility. This store is worth a visit not only for the lovely—and especially comfy—clothing, but also for its stunning interior. That black and white floor and wooden pillars are gorgeous!
