At Passion Ibiza in the harbor of Ibiza Town (unfortunately not on the boat side, but we'll forgive this otherwise fantastic place for that for now), you can enjoy organic food. You can also choose to eat it there or take it with you, perhaps if you're ready for a day at the beach. Inside, the fresh fruits and vegetables on the bar smile at you, seemingly calling out: "Pick me, pick me!" And wisely, we do. Your fresh juice is served in a mason jar, perfect for a photo, of course.

We'll finally choose one of the organic tarts, because yum! They look way too delicious to leave in the display case. Enjoy some delicious fresh coconut milk with it, and you'll be all set with energy and vitamins for the rest of the day.

The interior is practically overflowing with inspiring texts, but we have to admit: in Ibiza, anything goes. After a visit to the Passion Café, we're practically zen!
