French tapas at The French Connection in Amsterdam
Have you noticed that there are opening more and more French restaurants in Amsterdam? Besides for example Kortekaas & Kaagman and Cafe de Paris there is now also The French Connection! Located in the basement of the building where Odeon used to be. A beautiful location where two very good chefs work.
Frenchmen Paul Mercier and Jef van den Hout make the most amazing dishes at The French Connection. With on the menu several small dishes , like French tapas, and good French wines. Charcuterie, Tarte flambée, fruit de mer, Bouillabaisse, Coq au vin… it all sounds sooo good! Oh and you can also order a 3, 4 or 5 course menu.
