here you order the best risotto in amsterdam

Here at the Yourlbb office, we all love Italian food. If it was up to us, we would eat pasta or tiramisu everyday! One of my favourite dishes is a good risotto. And especially one with lots of cheese and vegetables. Of course they have the best risotto in Italy, but luckily there are plenty of restaurants in Amsterdam that offer this great dish as well. From vegetarian risottos to risotto with lobster. That’s why we made this list with the best risotto in Amsterdam. Enjoy!

9 x risotto in amsterdam, from vegatarian to risotto with lobster

Vlaming: When you go to the Lindengracht, you’ll find restaurant Vlaming. Start with a bites plateau to share with friends, and order a vegetarian risotto with peas and green asparagus next. That one is too good!

Bussia: For a fancy Italian dinner, you should go to Bussia. This is the place to be if you want to celebrate something, but also if you just want to eat some good Italian food. Go for a 3 or 4 course lunch and make sure to order a risotto. Yum!

Tales & Spirits: Risotto and cocktails, is there even a better combo? At Tales & Spirits they have a good risotto with truffle on the menu, and of course you should order a cocktail (or more) to drink with it ;-)

Trattoria Caprese: At Trattoria Caprese, the menu changes regularly, but there will always be a risotto on the menu. Thank god! We had a risotto with green asparagus and ham here once, so good!

Libertine Café: At Libertine Café in the Nine Streets, you can order a very, very tasty beets risotto. Perfect for a lunch at the sunny, small yet cozy terrace.

Jansz: Did some shopping at the nice boutiques in the nine streets? Go for a lobster risotto at Jansz afterwards! Ps: the pasta, steak, and hamburgers are good too!

EYE: Have a good dinner at the EYE restaurant and visit a movie when you’re done eating. Perfect for a date night right?! Btw, they have a spinach risotto with asparagus, nuts, beetroot, tomato and herbs. I want that one!

Incanto: You’re never sure what type of risotto they’ll have on the menu here. Everyday they have a different one, so go here to try them all!

Casa Sabatelli: The Italian restaurant with the best pastas is Casa Cabatelli. They also have 2 types of risotto on the menu, and one of them is with edible flowers (Editor Renée’s favourite).

Where do you eat your favourite risotto?
