Buurman en Buurman Amsterdam: neighbourhood pizzeria in Bos and Lommer

15 August 2015

tasty pizzas in bolo at Buurman en Buurman Amsterdam

Do you happen to live in Bos en Lommer Amsterdam and not know Buurman en Buurman (meaning: Neighbour and Neighbour) yet? Then you should really check it out ASAP. Buurman en Buurman is probably the nicest neighbourhood pizzeria in the area! Drop by for a super delicious pizza that they bake in their self-built wood oven.

Yes, a self-built DIY wood oven. In fact, almost everything in the shop is put together by themselves. To finish the whole raw industrial look there’s even a huge worktable in the shop. They probably still use it sometimes to build something for the shop. I like it!

Menu x Buurman en Buurman

A pizza margherita is of course always a good option. But at Buurman en Buurman you should actually go for something else. They have the best pizza topping combos! With ingredients that aren’t all too crazy, but still a bit more special than usual. Ingredients like pomegranate, kale and smoked sausage. Keeps it all a little more exciting.

The gentlemen from Buurman and Buurman (they used to be real neighbours from each other!) choose their ingredients based on the taste of it. They might use organic ingredients sometimes, but only if it tastes better. Makes sense right? But now it’s also clear that they try their best to create the most tasty pizzas for you!
