Anne did a DNA-test and discovered her real roots
Last month I tried one of the coolest products ever. A DNA-test that shows your roots. In this blog I wrote about that test and explained how it works! And now my results are back. So exciting to read what the data shows and learning where I’m really from. This is how I discovered that my roots are not in The Netherlands. AT ALL. Weird he? I mean I really thought my roots where in Western Europe. In this video I show you how an ancestry Ancestry DNA-test works and I filmed my primary reaction when I first saw the results. What those results do to you?
It’s about a week ago now that I go the results back and I have to admit that this DNA test really made me think about the matter. It’s kinda special knowing something that was there are all the time but you didn’t have a clue about. Like it’s ‘hiding’ there in plain sight under your skin. It also feels more special when I meet someone with the same roots. Weird, because something changed while at the same time noting changed at all. It was always there. It really opened my world!
