Comfort food at The Friendly Toast Boston
If you are in Cambridge (Boston) and feel like some comfort food, The Friendly Toast is the place to go. It is a very chill all day indoor and outdoor hotspot to enjoy a large coke on the terrace (so tasty on a warm sunny day!) combined with a few bites.
The Friendly Toast has pretty much everything on their menu. Homemade bread (to take home if you want, also in gluten free if you like), pancakes, waffles, dishes with egg, nachos and quesadilla, soups, salads and burgers. The portions are so big – (so American) – but really tasty.

The indoor ambience of The Friendly Toast has a very funny character. It looks like an American diner full of weird stuff in vibrant colours. Very wrong and that’s why its hilarious! We completely understand why the locals take their friends there for dinner or a drink!
Tip: Are you in Boston for a few days? Then do a culinary tour to check out the best restaurant hotspots! In our list of favourite restaurants are: Myers & Chang, B&G Oysters, Row34, Alden & Harlow and Loco.
