Dimsum, we LOVE IT! Just a while ago, team YOURLBB was in Hong Kong to make a new city guide and you can probably guess what we ordered 9 out of 10 times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. #dimsumguilty! You might think that after eating so much dimsum it would get boring, but that’s not true at all. I could and would eat dumplings everyday, sadly it’s a bit difficult in the Netherlands. Or is it? In the Pijp a new Chinese spot opened the doors; Shanghai Bistro Amsterdam with a lot of dimsum, bao buns and more Asian streetfood on the menu!

Shanghai Bistro Amsterdam is located on the Van Woustraat and open from 4 pm till late. You can reserve a table until 7 pm and after that it’s walk-in for a night full of classic street food dishes from the beautiful China, but with a twist. If we tell you that the Chef used to work at Bord’eau** before you can imagine that we have high expectations of the food! And the interior design? Enjoy the garden on the warmer days and expect a Chinese pop art touch inside!
