Strandzuid Amsterdam: this summer the best beer garden in Old South

6 May 2015

Strandzuid is your summer hotspot for special beers!

This summer Strandzuid Amsterdam starts a whole a new concept! Inspired by the modern German Biergarten (beer garden), Strandzuid will be thé place to drink delicious (special) beers, to relax, have a snack or play a game of ping pong. And all of this while sitting at the water or on the city beach. We can not wait to have some drinks here with our lovers or some friends!

The ‘Bierterras’ (beer terrace) of Strandzuid Amsterdam >>>

The Bierterras becomes the center of Strandzuid, next to the great pond of the Beatrixpark. Here you can meet up for a quick drink after work or a long evening of catching up. There are more than forty beers on tap and in bottles; from both national and international breweries. The Amsterdam breweries are covered as well! Think of De Preal, ‘t IJ and Oedipus. So take place at one of the long tables, order as many different beers as possible and some bites on the side! On the menu you’ll find pulled pork, Angus burger or for example a tasty curry sausage.

Next to the terrace you’ll find the restaurant of Strandzuid. Here you can both sit inside or outside to order tasty, simple dishes from their new menu! Like a platter with fish, meat and Dutch bites to share. And Yourlbb loves shared dining! Or order mussel, couscous, lamb or fish. The dishes all sound so delicious! When you sit under the huge palm trees, you get the real summer vibes!

On May 8, the new & improved Strandzuid Amsterdam officially opens! Click here to sign up for the Facebook event.
