Salsa Shop Amsterdam: Mexican gourmet fastfood

12 August 2014

Super fresh and homemade fast-food at the Salsa Shop!

Thumbs up for the Salsa Shop in Amsterdam Fast-food like all fast-food should be like. Groumet style! With super fresh ingredients, everything homemade and made to order how you like it. Finally a cool spot for good Mexican food in Amsterdam.

Choose only what you like best!

The concept of the Salsa Shop is simple: choose the dish (tacos, burrito, salad or burrito bowl), choose chicken, steak, shredded beef, veggies or shredded pork, a homemade salsa (the chipotle is a spicy must try!) and veggies and greens to top it of. Within no time you created a custom Mexican meal!

Homemade fast-food

In the open kitchen behind the counter at the Salsa Shop the pans are on the stove and the meat is grilled right in front of you. You can order everything to go or to stay at the Salsa Shop.

Cool Mexican touch

I recommend you to eat at the Salsa Shop itself. The interior design is really cool! The guys decorated the place themselves… and I have to say: they have style. Love the cactuses and Mexican curiosities.

Also nice: the homemade frozen margaritas from the slush machine!

Fingers crossed that more Salsa Shops will open the doors in Amsterdam!
