3FM serious request, let’s dance and support!
The 5th of December is the day that we celebrate Sinterklaas in Holland. After celebrating Sinterklaas at home you can go to a benefit night at the Chicago Social Club. The Dutch Red Cross studentdesk organises a special evening there with lots of cool DJ’s. The sales of the tickets will be donated to 3FM serious request! This year 3FM serious request fights against infant mortality. I think that’s a great cause to fight for, cause every child deserves a happy and healthy life.
What is 3FM serious request?
For those among you who don’t know what 3FM serious request is I will explain the concept: once a year a couple of radio DJ’s from the station 3FM spend a full week in a glass house in a city in The Netherlands. Listeners can donate money to a good cause in exchange of their favourite requested song to play on the radio. This year their home will be in Enschede. I just love this concept and every year I pick a song and donate a few bucks to the Red Cross. What will your request be?
