Go to the market: This time in the Amstelpark; the pure markt! Go to the market together with your mum and enjoy the live music, the snacks that you can get at the stands and shop some non-food things. And this all, hopefully, while enjoying the sun. How fun!

High tea at Majesteit Taart: Want a sweet Mother’s Day? Then Majesteit Taart is where you want to go to. They organise a luxe high tea with scones, sandwiches, pies and also champagne. Make a reservation before the 12th of May. We’re hungry already!

Di Mamma Special at Ferilli’s: It’s always about di mama in Italy. Especially on Mother’s Day. Love Italiaan food? Take your mother to this great Italian restaurant to enjoy their Mother’s Day special. Yumm!

Brunch at Strandzuid: This is The Mother of All Brunches, at Strandzuid. Take your mom here and enjoy the sandwiches with salmon, hummus and carpaccio. And a glass of bubbles of course ;-)

Together at Kitchen & Bar Van Rijn: At Kitchen & Bar Van Rijn, they have a special menu for Mother’s Day. We don’t want to spoil what it is, because this is for you and your mum to find out ;-)

CineMama at De Balie: At De Balie they have a CineMama special and will show a classic movie named J’ai Tué Ma Mère, a movie about a mother and her son. Take your mother too see this movie and end Mother’s Day in a fun way!

Go to the beach at Blooming Beach: Let’s hope it’s going to be a sunny Mother’s Day, so you can take your mom to Blooming Beach. Oysters, G&T’s and just enjoying the view. How fun!

Gift her a make-up masterclass: At the Conservatorium Hotel, they’re hosting a make-up masterclass for mothers. Fun to give your mother a ticket, she’ll learn a lot and will go home with a nice (and relaxing) goodie bag ;-).

High tea at The Duchess: Oh yes, at The Duchess they also know how to spoil you on Mother’s Day, so make sure you go here with your mum for quality time. Pies, the best teas and if you want (YES!) bubbles too!

Escape the business of the city at Kruidfabriek by LUTE: Outside Amsterdam you’ll find a place called Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. Here you can escape the business of the city together, enjoy the peace and a delicious Mother’s Day lunch at Kruidfabriek by LUTE. YAY. This is where you want to be.

Eten bij de Bajes: At this street art restaurant in Amsterdam, you can enjoy food and drinks all day! Take your mother to this fun spot at the Rembrandtplein and order some good food!

Shop & eat at BLEND Market: Women love shopping! Therefore, take your mom to the BLEND Market! You’ll find a lot of vintage items, second hand, plenty of design and food & drinks. Sounds fun already!

Mother’s Day at Meneer Nieges: All day it’s Mother’s Day at Meneer Nieges! You can go here for lunch, brunch and dinner. Don’t go home immediately after having lunch, because at half past 3 there will be live music. Dance with your mother and enjoy a drink, fun fun fun!
