Envy Amsterdam: special menu for the 10th anniversary

14 July 2015

HMMMMMM, this special menu at envy you would like to taste!

Happy bday to Envy! This month restaurant Envy on the Prinsengracht is celebrates it’s 10-year existence.

With a special menu full with classics from the card from the Chefs who ever cooked in this restaurant. Every time when I’m at Envy I become surprised by the good food and wonderful service. With much knowledge of fine wines and an eye for guests.

The dishes are not only beautiful, but taste at least as good. It is not surprising that most former chiefs of Envy by now work at a Michelin star restaurant or have their own restaurant. Especially for the 10th anniversary have Envy-veterans Remco Remco van de Weerd (The Dylan* and soon The Gin Sum Club), Nick Bril (The Jane*, Oud Sluis***), Richard van Oostenbrugge (Bord’Eau**) and current executive chef Michael Wolf (Oud Sluis***, Vila Joya**, Wolf Atelier) five historic signature dishes again on the menu.

5 classic courses

The five-courses menu can be ordered from July 13th, a day after the official birthday of Envy, till July 22th for €53,50. We already tasted the menu! From ceviche of Hamachi till a poached and baked farm egg with Pata Negra and Hollandaise sauce till baked scallops  and braised beef cheeks. You would like to taste it!
