Summer Counter Amsterdam: the summer bar with the tastiest natural wines has a new location

Summer Loket Amsterdam is the new pearl of Amsterdam Center, open from May 18, 2025. It is one of those culinary pop-ups You'll want to experience it. After a resounding success in Amsterdam Noord, it's now the Marineterrein's turn.

Atmosphere and interior of Zomer Loket Amsterdam

On a good summer day, from Thursday through Sunday, you can enjoy Zomer Bar Amsterdam, a venture by natural wine importer Sebonsa. It was a huge hit in Amsterdam Noord last year, and now its success continues in Amsterdam's city center. Located on the Marineterrein, near Scheepskameel, the pop-up bar is bigger than ever, where you can enjoy your natural wine and delicious snacks right on the water.

It's the kind of place where everything feels effortless, and where afternoon flows seamlessly into evening—without you even realizing it. The atmosphere is convivial, and the crowd is open to meeting strangers. A hotspot where you can easily join in on your own and go home with a new group of friends.

Menu and dishes at Zomer Loket

What's on the Zomer Bar menu? Enough to fill an entire weekend. The dinner changes depending on the weekend and the chef present. To give you an idea: Saru Kitchen spent a weekend in the kitchen last year preparing delicious sandwiches, Clément Satgé of Montezuma Café (Paris) served delicious and "sexy" pastas, Mama Duli provided delicious pastries, and soon chef Kaj Bronsdijk will be cooking up a storm.
