Ceviche, are you familiar with this delicious dish? No? Shame on you, because it's truly de-licious! It's a raw fish dish that can be prepared in various ways. You can use different types of fish, but the fish is always cooked first in lemon juice. And you can taste it! Of course, the possibilities are endless when it comes to fish and spices. This dish is mainly eaten in the Spanish-speaking countries of Latin America, but it's also very popular in Spain. I love it!
Today I'm sharing one of my favorite ceviche recipes, which also happens to be incredibly easy to make (always a bonus). Want to learn more about ceviche? Then I recommend this cookbook:

For this recipe you will need:
Cut the salmon fillet into cubes or strips and thinly slice the radishes. Then, in a large bowl, combine the vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, onion, radishes, and parsley. Place the sliced salmon in a separate bowl and add the salt. Let the salt soak into the salmon before adding it to the mixture. Finally, you can add sesame seeds, but this is optional. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for an hour. You can serve this ceviche as an appetizer or side dish, or enjoy it on toast with drinks. Enjoy!
