Put Wolf Atelier in Amsterdam on your to-visit list, because it's undoubtedly one of the best restaurants we've visited in recent weeks. The restaurant opened in 2015, but its concept is now truly complete. A new interior, a new menu, and an even more pleasant atmosphere. And while the location on the old bridge near Westerdok isn't exactly a place you'd casually cycle past, it's definitely worth a special visit. Wolf Atelier's new interior is modern and fresh, with plenty of greenery and light wood. It's a nod to the chef's Austrian roots.

At Wolf Atelier in Amsterdam, cooking is taking place Chef Michael Wolf The stars from the sky! There are several tables with a fantastic view of the open kitchen where the team is busy creating the most delicious dishes. The kitchen is open for lunch and dinner, and recently you can also order dishes from the TARTAR-IA during lunch. Six different tartars in various sizes can be ordered, each with a side dish. Sounds delicious! So we'll definitely be back for that soon.

We sat down at Wolf Atelier for an extensive tasting session. You can order dishes à la carte or opt for a four- or five-course menu with a fixed selection of dishes that change seasonally (€39 and €45). If you order individual dishes, the fixed prices are: for €13, main course €22, and dessert €8,50. Very reasonably priced considering the price-quality ratio. It's wonderful to hear Chef Michael passionately talk about his menu. This young chef previously cooked at Oud Sluis***, among other places, and you can taste it. We were already fans of his cooking when he was still running the kitchen at Envy And he absolutely deserves his own restaurant with his own signature style. I can't wait to go back again for date night or with a group of friends. Every dish was fantastic! The photos speak for themselves :-).
