Amazing food and great wine at White Modern Cuisine
Foodie alert for everybody that is visiting Aruba. White Modern Cuisnine Aruba is a wonderful restaurant in the North. You find White Modern Cuisine in the Palm Beach Plaza Mall. I know that it doesn’t sounds that attractive to have food in a mall, but believe me.. for this restaurant you make an exception. After my first day in Aruba I had dinner at White Modern Cuisine. The name says it all. This interior of this restaurant is as white and modern as you would suggest. The service is amazing, everybody is super friendly and after all the fried beachy snacks this spot is a good restaurant for a glass of great wine and delicate tastes.
I immediately spotted two of my favorite dishes: tuna sashimi and lamb chops.

Menu x White Modern Cuisine Aruba
On the menu you find so many beautiful dishes that it’s really hard to decide what to order. In that case you can pick the changing menu so that the chef can surprise you. I immediately spotted two of my favourites dishes: tuna sashimi and lamb chops. For dessert I ordered cheesecake with lemon and raspberry. So tasty! Together with a glass of good wine and I’m a happy girl :-).
