We Love Food Amsterdam: the first food festival of 2017 is a fact // February 24, 25 & 26

24 February 2017

Yes! the first food festival of 2017 is here: we love food

Attention food festival lovers! The first food festival of 2017 is here. On Friday 24, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 the Kromhouthal will be transformed into a food walhalla where we can taste some delicious food. We Love Food is the first food festival of the new year and it’s not just a food festival. At the festival we can expect food from 5 themes from all over the world. Burgers, vegetarian, saté, sweet and Italian. It must be a coincidence, but that are my favourite food themes as well!

When you’re in the world of burgers you can enjoy the tastiest organic burgers of for example The Butcher. At vega you can taste some food made with seaweed(yes, it’s tasty) and at the Italian world we can expect pizza from a wood oven. We can order saté at food trucks from Mister Makan or Franky’s Culinair and for the sweets we need to go to Sharla’s Bakery and Crêpes BUBU.

Beside the food trucks, you can also drop by at some of the non-food trucks where you can buy accessoires, get information about eating healthier and taste some chocolate at Gerts Chocolade. And all of this while enjoying a lovely wine of beer from the special wine and beer bar.

A food festival is not a food festival without music so there are live performances every night from local artists. You can also go to the photobooth with friends and listen to foodie proof guest speakers.
