It’s one of our favourite spots now that spring has begun: de Weesperzijde. Our favorite spot Weesper Amsterdam will open its terrace too. By the owners also renamed as ‘the cool younger brother’ of the always bustling Café Vrijdag. Which has been a favourite spot at the border of East and the Rivierenbuurt for years.
Just as you expect now, you can also go to Weesper for some good food and drinks. And for a lovely place in the sun on the terrace, because Weesper is located where first Van de Markt was situated. This spot on the Amstel promises a great atmosphere, because the owners are in fact the same men behind Bar Baarsch and Café Vrijdag. Also at Weesper they’ll aim for an approachable atmosphere, with high quality food. And thus you can come here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu emphasis on fish and vegetable, with extra attention for their very extensive bar bites menu. Sounds good, right?
