Vuelve Carolina in Valencia is a super nice restaurant in the trendy area Ruzafa and the old center The restaurant is run by Michelin-starred chef Quique Dacosta. And you can taste it!
The interior of Vuelve Carolina is modern and trendy. White umbrellas hang above the long bar, which looks great. At the back of the restaurant, there's a wall full of plants. I still love that!
The menu at Vuelve Carolina in Valencia is packed with modern tapas. We had a delicious lunch there! We recommend the wild mushroom croquettes, prawns, razor clams, and the grilled chicken skewers. Everything was delicious!
