vintage furniture stores in amsterdam for a treasure hunt

Vintage furniture stores in Amsterdam, we have enough of them. But they’re a bit hard to find. You can spend a whole afternoon in Amsterdam North and find the most amazing vintage treasures but you probably don’t know about these places yet. I love spending time on searching that one unique item that’ll make me super happy for years. That moment when you need to decide if you take it home is always so nerve-racking. Cause the next time you’ll come back it’s gone! Anyway, where can you find the best vintage furniture stores in Amsterdam?  Check our our favorites!

Ps: Do you want to shop for vintage clothes? Then these are our favorite vintage stores in Amsterdam.

Van Dijk en Ko: Combine your Neef Louis visit with a visit to Van Dijk & Ko. This vintage furniture is a huge shed where you can find Hungarian cabinets, sofas, chairs and accessories. That’s what we like! You can find the real gems overhere. From pink cabinets to vintage suitcases and cowhides for on the floor.

Juttersdok: And if that was not enough, you can also go to Juttersdok in Amsterdam Noord (and a few other locations). Juttersdok is not only one of our favorite places to shop vintage furniture in Amsterdam. It is also a great business because they give adolescents and adults with limited job opportunities, a place to work.

Van OnS: You’ve probably saw Van OnS at Design Icons. You can go this shop for the real designer pieces. For example, furniture by Arne Jacobsen and chairs from Borge Mogensen. But also for items of unknown designers who are worth a visit as well.
