Venkel Amsterdam great salad bar with use of local produce
Venkel Amsterdam is the newest healthy hotspot in town! I always like it when restaurants tell me about the story behind the ingredients that they use. Local produce is hot! And within my group of family and friends we like to eat local produce or organic products as much as we can. At Venkel Amsterdam it’s all about local produce. Delicious salads with use of typical Dutch vegetables and fruit produced in The Netherlands. Also delicious: at Venkel Amsterdam they sell fresh homemade vegetable juices to take home. The interior at this new farm to table hotspot is also very cool. It’s bright with lots of wood and natural elements.
