Go to Upright New York for brews from the tap!
Dying for a cold beer while shopping in Greenwich Village in New York? Very close to the Marc by Marc Jacobs store at Bleeckerstreet you find beer house Upright. It’s small and cosy and has a great choice of locally brewn beers from the tap.
We went there after shopping at the cosy West Village and tried and tasted some of the lagers. At Upright they also have delicious plates with cured meats, cheese or crudite. In the back of Upright you can also enjoy a pub dinner, like a burger or kale salad.
Tip: Close to Upright you find some other nice places like Aria Wine Bar, Turks & Frogs and The Spotted Pig.
