Uncommon is a resounding success for a reason. Their coffee is excellent, as are their pastries and other delicacies. Add to that their impeccable aesthetic; few coffee bars in Amsterdam are as beautiful as Uncommon. So it was high time for a second location, across the street to be precise. That's where you'll now find Uncommon Bar Amsterdam, where the focus is on fermented products and pastries.
As you might expect, the atmosphere and interior at Uncommon Bar are just as good as at the OG, where the focus is on their excellent coffee. But there's more: in the spacious seating area, you can enjoy delicious (fermented) pastries and their signature coffees during the week and during the day. On Friday evenings, you can also dine there with a new concept. And yes, it's just as good and special as you'd expect.

They call it their "wild pastry and coffee bar" – and that's exactly what it sounds like. But besides wild pastries, they also sell fermented products and natural wine. You'll find everything your heart desires here, and more, because some (flavor) combinations you didn't know you were missing in your life, until now. Take, for example, the savory tart with whipped feta, yuzu pea puree, basil oil, and mustard flowers, which they developed in collaboration with Spruitje Greens – a feast for your taste buds, believe us.
On Fridays, they also serve a dinner featuring fermented ingredients and natural wines, with a menu that changes weekly. In short: a must-try.
