all the good things culinary greece has to offer in amsterdam
If you’ve ever been to Greece, you’ve probably tried the bougatsa. It’s a kind of puff pastry filled with delicious ingredients. At Trela Plein in the Spaarndammerbuurt you can try this goodie as well. The cafe was founded by a real Greek who brought his culinary Greek magic to our cold little country. That means you can imagine being in Greece while enjoying a nice piece of bougatsa.
For a few euros you can already try a piece of bougatsa, for example with spinach, minced meat or feta stuffing. Or would you rather trie the bougatsa with egg custard? Next to savory bougatsas they also sell a couple of great Greece pastries at Trela Plein. Makes us hungry!
