Ginger Ibiza: colourful Asian hotspot with a view

NÉT OPEN @benniesamsterdam @benniesthepopup en maar voor 3 weken dus als je zin hebt in een avond uit waarbij je het gevoel hebt even niet in Amsterdam te zijn dan boek je snel een tafel bij BENNIES.

Op het laatste industrieterreintje binnen de ring kreeg ik bijna Bushwick vibes als we tussen de oude garages en vage loodsen zoeken naar pop-up Bennies. Het nieuwste food concept van chef @vetterthebetter. Origineel, comfort food en ff wat anders dan alle andere nieuwe zaken waar je nu heen kunt. De hiphop of eighties muziek staat net wat harder, de betaalbare wijn (€7,50 p/glas), speciaal biertjes en Paloma’a vloeien rijkelijk en je gaat naar huis met het idee dat je echt iets ontdekt hebt. Geen fine dining, wel fingerlicking lekker en heel eigen.
