Pure luxe bij The Grand Amsterdam!
The Grand Amsterdam is één van de mooiste en meest luxe hotels van Amsterdam met het heerlijke restaurant Bridges. In Amerika is het heel normaal dat ook locals in hotel restaurants eten. Een cultuur die nu ook in Nederland steeds meer overgenomen wordt. Restaurant Bidges was één van de eerste goede hotel restaurants in Amsterdam waar Amsterdammers zelf ook graag heen gaan. The Grand Amsterdam heeft een enorme binnenplaats en een sprookjesachtige binnentuin die in het voorjaar en de zomer bij het restaurant getrokken wordt. Bij Bridges draait alles om seafood! Heerlijk als je een vis, schaal- en scheldieren lover bent zoals ik. Het menu bij restaurant Bridges is inspired by Chef Ron Blaauw onder leiding van executive Chef Joris Bijdendijk. Als je minder van seafood houdt, kun je altijd kiezen uit één van de vegetarische of vlees gerechten. Ook lekker zijn verschillende gerechten uit de raw bar. Heerlijke tartar van verschillende soorten vis, oesters en plateaus fruits de mer. Wij hebben een vier gangen menu gegeten en hebben genoten van alle verschillende smaken en de prachtig opgemaakte borden en goede bijpassende wijnen. Ik had direct wat leuke food deco ideeën voor thuis om gerechten mooi op te dienen! Eten bij restaurant Bridges in The Grand Amsterdam is eten op hoog niveau (schuurt tegen een ster aan!), super goede service en perfect voor een bijzondere avond uit of als je iets te vieren hebt.
